Brown Eggs vs White Eggs

From the top left corner going clockwise: brown egg dyed blue, white egg dyed blue, brown egg dyed blue and then red

Left: white egg dyed yellow, brown egg dyed yellow

I prefer the brown eggs. The red dyed eggs were red instead of pink when using a brown egg.

Lots of stuff going on

The retirement scarf is done and being blocked. It is 100% alpaca handspun. The pattern is a K2P2 rib with a 12 stitch cable.
Last fall I purchased these lunchroom tray carts at a school auction with the idea of using them as growing shelves. They are working great, I am very pleased.

The Birds

I looked out the window and saw what looked like thousands of birds surrounding the house. This is one side of them. The noise was amazing, something you would expect to hear in the jungle.

Just some of the boys

This is Pee-Wee
My 7 year old boy neamed these two. The one on the left got a bottle for a little bit and is friendly so Friendly is his name. The one on the right (not the brother of the left) is Cutie-Pie. After hearing the names, my husband turned to the boy and said, "Are you a boy?" He giggled and said, "Yah!" Dear appreciates the gentleness of the boy, he was just teasing him.
